Work Location: Bangsar South (onsite)

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria and job requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for regional positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates effectively.
• Create and publish engaging job ads across multiple platforms to attract diverse candidates.
• Analyse industry trends to anticipate hiring needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Implement strategies to enhance diversity in candidate sourcing and hiring practices.

Requirement:

• At least 3- 5 years of experience in agency as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.
• Experience in IT recruitment such as Software Developer, IT Engineer, Product Owner, Project Manager etc
• Hands-on experience with the largest job sites.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Team spirit.
• Language hiring Mandrin, Japanese and Korean will be an added advantage.
